Total Approach JKD

Our focus is on empty hand training and being able to defend oneself. Our training utilizes focus mitts, sensitivity and timing drills as well as light sparring. Expect to learn striking, grappling, and trapping with a street defense mindset. Total Approach JKD also covers weapons defense and scenario training.

Yoga Practice

Our yoga practice tends to be on the flowier side, in an effort to keep it simple we don’t offer various types of yoga classes, rather we mix it up from time to time depending on the day.

Movement Sessions

This is more of a group workout session than a class. Coaching and modifications will be offered as needed, but these are designed as a get together to get a workout in. Less instructional than the movement practice class.
